Salvatore Milanese

Before founding Pantalica Partners six years ago, one of the best-known Turnaround & Restructuring consultancy boutique in Latin America, Salvatore had worked with KPMG for over 13 years, leading and consolidating the Turnaround & Restructuring practices in Brazil and Latin America, working on high-profile judicial and extrajudicial restructuring process and special situations operations. Previously, he had also worked with an investment bank and a rating agency.

Graduated in Bank Financing at Messina University, Salvatore holds an MBA in Banks and Finances from CUOA (Vicenza, Italy) and studied Bank Management and Control at Bocconi University (Milan, Italy). He also took part in a Leadership and Management Executive Program by Dom Cabral Foundation (Brazil) and in several Turnaround, Financial and Operational Restructuring and Cash Flow Management training programs by KPMG.

He is a Turnaround & Restructuring guest lecturer at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and at Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA) and has produced literature on matters such as distressed investing & turnaround, with over 30 articles published by local and international specialized journals.
He is the former CEO of TMA Brazil (Turnaround Management Association Brazil), of which he is still a member.

A co-founder and partner at Pantalica, Bruno has over 16 years of experience in turnaround and financial restructuring processes. In 2013, he led the team of Financial Restructuring at PWC, where he worked on large-scale turnaround processes inside and outside bankruptcy procedures.

He initiated his career at Bilbao Vizcaya Bank in 2003, moving on to Bradesco Bank the following year, within the Risk Advisory Services area, advising on high operational risk activities concerning treasury and credit operations. During this period, he also worked with retailers, banks and other financial services providers.

In 2007, he joined the KPMG Restructuring team, where he gained experience in M&A, financial and operational restructuring, such as short and long-term financial projects and sales of unpaid credit portfolios.

He graduated in Business Administration at Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado (FAAP), holds an MBA in Business Management from IBMEC and has taken part in a range of local and international programs on Financial Restructuring. He is also a member of TMA Brazil (Turnaround Management Association Brazil).

Fernando Reichmann

Leader of Pantalica US Operation, Fernando joined Pantalica in May 2021 with the purpose of providing his know-how in small, medium and large scale both national and international operations.

He initiated his career in the industrial operations area in the 1990s and founded the CBE – Companhia Brasileira de Esterilização (Sterilization Company) in 1998, developing the implementation, operation, marketing, acquisition and integration activities that made it the greatest Latin American company specialized in sterilization and microbial load minimization services in 2010. At that point, he was in charge of internationalizing CBE via a joint venture in Latin America, bringing the first and greatest big scale electron accelerator to Brazil, thus taking the country to the cutting edge of sterilization technology.

In 2015, along with other shareholders, Fernando sold CBE to Sterigenics Sotera Health, world leader in global health operations, becoming its CEO in Brazil and president of Sterigenics Brazil Holding. In 2006 he became Global VP at Sterigenics for Latin America and took part in M&A International Operations, as well as in the IPO in Nasdaq in November 2020. 
He graduated as an Industrial Production Engineer at Faculdade de Engenharia Industrial de São Paulo (FEI) and holds an MBA in Finance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).

Ricardo is a partner and manager at Pantalica with over ten years of experience in Operational and Financial Restructuring of companies of different sizes and areas, such as food and agriculture, health and services.
He has vast experience in Operational and Financial Restructuring projects, including debt negotiation, capital raising, preparation of judicial and extra judicial recovery plans, management reports, performance improvement, process mapping and ERP & BI implementation.

Prior to joining Pantalica, Ricardo had already worked in Restructuring with PWC, KPMG Brazil and Unibanco.

He graduated in Business Administration at Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado (FAAP) and is also a member of TMA Brazil (Turnaround Management Association of Brazil).

Senior consultant at Pantalica Partners, with over 10 years of experience in turnaround, financial restructuring and transactions involving special assets and investments in non-performing loans portfolios (NPLs).

Laysa has recognized experience in restructuring, both in judicial and extrajudicial contexts, with special emphasis on M&A transactions, operational and financial restructuring and evaluation of NPLs. Before joining Pantalica, worked in the financial restructuring area of PwC and, before that, in the restructuring area of KPMG Brasil.

She holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado (FAAP) and in Business Sciences from EAE Business School in Spain.

John is a Project Leader at Pantalica Partners, with over 10 years of experience in Turnaround, Financial and Operational Restructuring and Cash Flow Management. He has vast experience in companies of different sizes and areas, such as agriculture, industry, civil construction, education and services.

He is also experienced in Operational and Financial Restructuring projects, such as debt negotiation, capital raising, cost and expense reduction, business planning, management reports, productivity improvement, process mapping and cash flow management (CCM – Crisis Cash Management), in addition to judicial and extra judicial processes.
Prior to joining Pantalica Partners, John had worked in Operational and Financial Restructuring-Turnaround at PWC and in Restructuring at KPMG Brazil.

He graduated in Business Administration at Universidade Católica de Santos, specialized in Turnaround at FIA (Administration Institute Foundation) and took part in different national and international programs in Financial Restructuring and Corporate Finance.
